This unique waste stream offers cutout pieces from various countertops, each with distinct colors and patterns due to the wide selection the producer offers. The material has a consistent form: pieces measure 40 by 30 cm, with an average of 38 mm thickness and a central cutout. Each month, around 500 kg of this material is generated, ideal for sustainable, creative reuse.
There are two variations in these countertop cutouts.
1. Classic plywood base with a durable laminate surface (with a wooden back panel).
2. An HDF base panel with a durable laminate surface (with another laminate back panel).
This second version features a water-resistant structure with a 4 mm top and bottom layer supported by a 3 mm honeycomb core, bonded with eco-friendly PVAc D3 glue. This alternative is lighter, more stable, and more resilient than traditional plywood, with an impressive resistance to both impact and moisture.
Both are perfect for use in circular construction, interior decor, and furniture production. These countertop cutouts embody a commitment to low environmental impact by incorporating recycled and eco-friendly materials.
